We decorated our customer’s birthday party with this bright composition in California, Orange County. We used black Qualatex balloons for it and added a congratulatory lettering made of silver foil balloons in the center complementing it with three-dimensional stars. Such a contrasting stylish decoration looks very cool in photos!
