It was a special order – we decorated a celebration in sunny California, on Laguna Beach. Our team made a 4-foot-long garland in contrasting colors with the help of Tuftex brand balloons and fastened it securely so that the balloons would not be carried away by the sea breeze. We also emphasized the atmosphere with foil balloons in the form of a dolphin and other inhabitants of the sea.
